摘 要:采用热扩散掺杂技术制备了 Fe2+∶ZnSe 晶体,测试晶体样品中铁离子浓度达1.27×1018 cm -3。分析了 Fe2+∶ZnSe 晶体光谱的光学吸收特性,在室温条件下,采用2.90μm 激光器泵浦 Fe2+∶ZnSe 晶体,获得了中心波长4.45μm,平均功率67 mW 的中红外激光输出。
The Fe2 +∶ZnSe crystal has been prepared by thermal diffusion doping technique.The iron ions doping con-centration that was measured by Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS)in the crystal sample reaches 1.27 × 10 18 cm -3.The optical absorption spectrum of the Fe2 +∶ZnSe crystal was analyzed.The results show that a 2.90 μm laser is used to pump the Fe2 +∶ZnSe crystal at room temperature,67 mW average power of mid-infrared laser output at center wavelength 4.45 μm is obtained.
