Position Title:
Marketing Managr, reports directly to Senior Director, Greater China Sales/Service

Minimum Education Requirement:
BS in Technical or Engineering field, MBA would be a plus
Minimum Years of Practical Experience:
7 years, at least three years with multinational companies.
Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge which are required:
· Knowledge and experience in Scientific Reasearch and OEM markets, namely microelectronics, life sciences or other industrial markets.
· Understanding of and prior selling experience in the technologies of Lasers/Optics, Optoelectronics, Photonics Instrumentation or Motion Control required for business development activity
· Strong interpersonal skills including excellent English verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Experience of marketing position in multinational companies.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Job Location in China.

Principal Accountabilities: Indicate the essential job functions. Assign the percentage of time spent on the essential duties or tasks relative to total work time. Essential functions are functions that are required to be performed as part of the position.

· Responsible for driving local Marketing activities in the assigned region and product lines, including road shows, trade shows, customer training, marketing feedback, etc. This will conjuction with Corpoate Marketing team in Irvine, Asia Marcom Manager in Taiwan and the prodcut line management team in Santa Clara, Irvine, Stratford, France and Wuxi. · 30%
· Working closely with sales team to achieve sales and order tagets set for assigned regoin. · 20%
· Responsible for continuously learning the company technology, product, sales tools, services, markets, strategy and brand to support business development efforts · 15%
· Develop strategic relationships with key Universities/Laboratories and industry/OEM partners to drive innovative solutions to customers and market needs contributing sales and profit growth. · 15%
· Identify, define and quantify end user customer needs and opportunities for PCSB products through market research and direct customer input.This will conjuction with prodcut line management team in Santa Clara, Irvine, Stratford, France and Wuxi.
