Newport是光学业内知名企业，研发生产制造各种光学器件仪器设备等，现因产线拓展，无锡工厂需激光工程师一名要求如下：

责任/要求:
 Perform value-engineering analysis on current processes and designs. Investigate cost-saving measures wherever possible and prepare the necessary ECO\'s or help facilitate customer ECO’s in support of Newport’s catalog/OEM sub-assembly business.
 Develop and document manufacturing process for laser products, including assembly, alignment and testing. Take from prototype stage into full sales released product stage.
 Resolve product and process failures, define and implement corrective action plans to eliminate failure modes.
 Keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments in relevant manufacturing technologies and production equipment. Prepare and champion proposals for improvements and upgrades of manufacturing capability. Specify the application of production equipment. Prepare and implement capital improvement proposals.
 Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
 Create routings and conduct process improvements.
 As the contact window with mother plant or design center, make sure we are using latest BOM/drawing and other technical information for our product
 In charge of new production line setup, WI and technician training
 Contribute to laser parts localization
 Other jobs are assigned by production manager/company management team

资历要求:
 Fluent English communication (both oral and written) is must
 Bachelor degree or above major in Optics, Laser or related background is must
 At least 3 years of experience on DPSS laser, high power laser, ultrafast laser, etc…
 Understand the concept of laser measurement, like energy, power, beam quality…
 Contamination control for UV and DUV laser
 Tooling/fixture development experience is must
 Lean manufacturing experience is preferred
 Project experience is preferred
