Position: Application Specifier（二次光学设计专家）
Working address: 上海田林路888号飞利浦创新科技园
Key responsibility:

A) Application Knowledge and methods_

•

rofound and up-to date knowledge on user inte**ce and application in a specific segment; including benchmark studies and products
•Scouts validated test&measuring techniques to support the claim building research both broadly and in-depth

B) Application Research and Specifications

•Scouts business propositions of light interaction on human well-being that can be commercialized, advises commercial owner on CRS; translates propositions into requirements (VoC)
•Definition, start-up and management of application research and concept development
•

erforms claim building: execution of (external) field test to validate the proposition
•Translates user test insights into requirement specifications (VOC,URS,FRS)
•Initiates and gives direction to competence development (Function Owner) and process improvement projects.

C) External communications and networks

•Acts as Philips Lighting representative in organizations/bodies that regulates norms & standards.
•Communicates know-how (research evidence and insights) in reports and white **s.
•Represents Lighting at conferences
•Maintains contact with internal and external fellow experts

Translates interesting concepts/solutions into application IP

这个职位要求：硕士，3年左右的二次光学设计经验；博士，经验不限
