摘 要:当前我国钢轨检测主要采用的是人工检测方式,效率低下,精度和可靠性不高.为了解决以上问题,文中提出了一种基于二维激光轮廓扫描仪的钢轨磨耗检测系统.通过对钢轨外形的扫描,系统运用计算机图形处理技术生成钢轨轮廓,并采用最小二乘法计算出钢轨磨耗.实验证明该方法方便快捷,稳定性较好,能够满足铁路部门检测要求.
China's current rail testing which is mainly used in artificial detection is inefficient, and have low accuracy and reli- ability. In order to solve these problems, the paper based on CCD imaging and laser triangulation measurement principle is proposed based on two-dimensional laser scanner profile rail wear detection system. By scanning the shape of the rail, the system can generate rail contours by the use of computer graphics technology, and calculate the rail wear by the least squares method. Experiments show that this method is convenient, have better stability, and can meet the testing requirements of the railway sector.
