摘 要:为解决大功率LED难以直接应用于照明的问题,设计了一款适用单芯片大功率LED的透镜,可在特定照明面上实现均匀照明。根据朗伯型光源辐射特性,采用折射和反射结构,先进行理论计算设计自由曲面面型,再利用Tracepro的交互式优化功能实现对透镜优化。优化得到的透镜经过软件模拟验证,在距离光源200 mm处直径为100 mm的目标照明面内照度均匀性优于87%;不考虑光能损失,光能利用率高于94%。
In order to solve the problem that high-power LEDs cannot be applied directly in the field of illuminating,a lens was specially designed for high-power LED to realize uniform illuminating. According to the Lambertian source specification,the structure of refraction and reflection was adopted. A systemic theoretical calculation for the free-form surface was introduced. Moreover by making use of the function of interactive optimizer in Tracepro,the lens was optimized. In the radiation circle area within 100 mm diameter at distance of 200 mm from light source,the optimized lens was simulated in Tracepro. Its uniformity of illumination precedes 87%. The efficiency can reach 94% without any loss.
