摘 要:运用自制的LED物性变温测量实验装置,在30℃~90℃的温度范围内,测试了单色LED的变温光谱。通过对光谱曲线的分析和计算,得出了被测LED的峰值波长和辐射通量随温度的变化规律,并从LED的结构与材料特性原理机制两方面作了分析与探讨。
Using homemade LED variable temperature measuring physics properties of experimental apparatus,at the temperature range from 30℃ to 90℃,the spectrum of monochrome LED was tested under the change of temperature. Through the analysis and calculation of the spectrum curve,LED peak wavelength and radiation flux were obtained and tested with temperature. The principle mechanism was analyzed and discussed from the LED structure and material properties.
