我接触这些东西还没有几个月，TrcePro完全是在没有任何指导的情况自学的，见笑了

有什么好的建议，能指点一下吗？

完整的导光板设计过程一般需要31个步骤，（从产生LCD---到选Irradiance项目)不知道你做到了哪一步？

我想樓主想問的是(主體)壓克力的相關特性!其它燈管，放射片，同導光板一樣都是背光模組的獨立部件。

我们想问一下导光板材料PC具体在TracePro中的Material里面是如何定义的、以及相关的导光板网点一面的反射片、周围塑胶框如何定义其属性的。
2楼的朋友如果能够告诉我们导光板设计的31个步骤，感激不尽！3楼的朋友如果知道也请麻烦告知一下。

在TRACEPRO中定义导光板的材料定义材料包括2大项，1、物质材料。2 、表面材料。

其中：定义物质材料为过程的第三步，比较简单。表面材料为第四步，另外创造反射镜部分也很麻烦，希望共同探讨：Adding Surface Properties to the LCD PanelTo add a mirror surface to the bottom of the panel you need to select surfaces 1,2,3 and 5 by first opening Object 1 by left mouse clicking on the + sign before the objectNow left mouse click on surface in this will highlight the surface in blue on the object tree and in black on the viewing area Right mouse click on the viewing area to bring up the Cut, Copy, etc dialog box. Select the Properties Option.Now go to the Surface tab in the Apply Properties menu Using the pull down menu find the Perfect Mirror coating and using the Apply this coating to surfaces 1,2,3 and 5.Make sure your object tree looks like the one to the left.

我想知道的是如何在材料库里面重新定义一种接近于实际导光板材料的材料，比如PC，pmma，其各项参数如对不同波长的光的折射率、对不同波长的吸收系数、散射等等。还有，实际上导光板用的反射片也不是100％的pefect mirror，会有少量散射和吸收，导光板其他面也不能简单的定为pefect mirror，这与实际相差甚远，因为如果那样做，那么结果会是导光板边缘的地方会很亮，导光板周围那些塑胶框之类的也应该按照实际情况来定义吧？

你用TracePro做导光板模拟的时候是考虑接近于实际情况呢？还是非常理想化的，比如导光板是全透光的、有反射的面都是百分百镜面反射、入射灯光不考虑视角？

如果是非常理想的情况，那么模拟出来的效果会跟实际情况完全是两回事！

用TracePro做导光板目的就在于模拟之后还可根据反射、入射灯光视角不同和变化来考虑调整镜面材料的布局来达到一定程度的理想化，凭借经验而按照算法和规律设计的近似表面则比较简单，虽然具备肉眼看不出的均匀缺陷，但经不起常规的测试。正式产品一般不予采用。

至于导光板周围那些塑胶框之类的实际情况来定义，实际上我们应用的材料一般都会有固定的性能和指标，光源也会根据要求固定在适当的位置，这就是实际情况。请问 arkshell 先生，您有何好的办法和经验？可否您你的产品帖上来，向您学习！向您致敬！
