One large Electronic Manufacturing Company commit us to search Thermal Engineer and FEA Engineer (Urgent).

Position (1): Thermal Engineer

Qualification:

1.B.S. or M.S. with 3+ work experience. 2.Material properties and behavior. 3.3D drafting and solid modeling. 4.Measurement. 5.Thermocouple, thermostat, RTD use and calibration. 6.Infrared or other non-contact temperature measurement. 7.Calibration of sensors, equipment, laboratory setups. 8.Temperature control. 9.Feedback and microprocessor based temperature control systems. 10.Analog and digital circuitry. 11.Interconnect routing. 12.Flux heater and thermoelectric devices. 13.Tools Used: 1).Data acquisition system (power supplies, multi-meters, LabView program including switching, multiplexing, analog/digital I/O) in PC platform. 2).Temperature chamber, controlled temperature wind tunnel. Etc.

Position (2): FEA Engineer

Qualification:

1.MS, or Ph. D with 3+ work experience. 2.Thermal Analysis (Heat Transfer, linear and nonlinear). 3.Structural Mechanics (Stress, Strain, linear and nonlinear). 4.Dynamics (Shock, vibration modal and harmonic analysis). 5.Fluid Mechanics (Comprehension of flow field and its effect on package thermal mechanics). 6.Coupled Field Solutions (Resolving physical interaction between the fields stated above). 7.Finite Element Theory (Understanding theory and its appropriate application to the above problems). 8.Tools Used: 1).Commercial FEA tools: ANSYS Multiphysics or others. 2).Data Analysis: Excel, Matlab, Mathcad. 3).Generic: Word, PowerPoint.
