2. Mechanical Engineer-CW
Job Responsibility:
 Support the Color Wheel line production of high quality products at optimal costs
 Develp and / or maintain manufacturing method systems and processes
 Determine operations requirements and improve production process
 Evaluate process repeatability and process validation
 Assist with cost analysis , address product related issues
 Recommend process layout changes
 Serve as Workcell Leader of CW line in the 1st year of production
 Train certify as trainers to the operators in the processes
Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree or above, major in an engineering discipline
 Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment
 High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
 Ability to interface with internal and external customers
 Ability to interface and train production personnel
 Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment
 Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton line
 Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred
 Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred
