3. LT Development Engineer
Job Responsibility:
 Develop new LT structure, new bonding method and new process
 Design and implemente test plan for existing products and new sample, Submit testing report.
 Support PM on customer complaint and look for relative new tech.
 Evaluate process repeatability and process validation
 Assist with cost analysis , address product related issues
 Institue designed experiments to correct find problems
 Train certify as trainers to the operators in the processes
Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree or above, major in an engineering discipline
 Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment
 High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
 Ability to interface with internal and external customers
 Ability to interface and train production personnel
 Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment
 Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton line
 Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred
 Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred
