Job Title职位:  Testing Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
职位描述—任务描述、职责、技术、电脑程序使用等等。
1．        Be responsible for testing station development, setup, and maintenance, including documentation preparation.
2．        Be responsible for testing result and yield analysis from engineering activities to volume production.
3．        Be responsible for training technicians or operators for related testing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1．        Must be from EE or related fields, with bachelor or master degree and at least 3 years in testing related experience.
2．        Be able to use tools for data analysis, like JMP or minitab. Experience in performing GRR, or Cpk etc. methodology.
3．        Experience in RF or communication testing. With optoelectronics or fiber communication background would be a plus.
4．        Able to write automation software would be a plus.
5．        Be able to work with team to complete assignment in required schedule.
6．        Fluent English communication in both written and spoken.
