变形镜

我们提供的变形镜光孔径直径在15-50mm, 控制通道19-109 channel。变形镜/Deformable mirrors 的表面可以镀铝、金等，也可以镀其他金属及非传导性材料
我们的变形镜主要分为两类

• Piezoelectric Deformable Mirrors (PDM) 压电变形镜
  
• Micromachined Membrane Deformable Mirrors (MMDM)微加工薄膜变形镜
  

并提供相应的驱动及高压电源模块，同时提供液晶自适应透镜(liquid crystal adaptive lenses)用于聚焦控制。
压电变形镜

50mm 103-ch and 109-ch PDM; 50mm 37-ch PDM  for high-power lasers; 30mm 37-ch PDM; 30mm 19-ch PDM; We can custom develop piezoelectric deformable mirrors with up to ~300 channels with a diameter of ~100mm.

Micromachined membrane deformable mirror (MMDM) systems
薄膜变形镜

Three types of MMDMs are available as standard products: 15mm/37ch "OKO" mirror (also available with 19 actuators); 30mm MMDM with 39 to 79 actuators; Linear MMDM for ultrashort pulse compression. We can also custom develop deformable mirrors with apertures of up to 50mm with 19 to 119 control channels.
