求购C-mount封装LD

要求输出波长808nm，输出功率1－3W，发光区面积50um×1um。C-mount或C-block封装方式。请能提供的与我联系，哪位大侠知道什么公司有销售也请告诉我。谢谢。

实在没有，光纤耦合（芯径50um），2－3W，808nm的LD也可以考虑。

JDSU好像有超亮LD，价格嘛？呵呵，自己问去好了

我问过，JDSU没有发光区面积那么小的。

要多少？

有量的话，可以定做。

目前没有量，我先需要几支做试验。
