Key Responsibilities:
Strong technical support for industrial fiber optics products for customers in China including hands-on measurements of fiber optic components

Define product requirements with key customers and work with development department to set up new products
Identify new projects and opportunities to grow the industrial fiber business
Develop a solid understanding for the local competitor situation
Identify the needs, roadmaps and strategies for our customers
Develop and drive business plans to support market strategy in coordination with world wide sales and marketing management.
Develop new and enhance existing Strategic Customer relationships
Develops and manages the execution of strategies related to innovative product development and profitable commercialization with impact on profitable divisional growth
Provides vision relative to technology, market trends and customer needs as they relate to future products
