Work (or Research) Experience
Laser processing for industrial application, such as, metal forming, cutting, drilling, surface lapping, etc.

Educational background
MS or PhD in material science or mechanical engineering with solid experience on laser processing (especially in laser-material interaction) and good knowledge depth in laser physics and computational heat transfer. (Other related fields are welcome as well)

Language skill:
Minimum of cet-4, cet-6 is preferred.

Mentality
Independent, intelligent, innovative, proactive, diligent, and good interpersonal ability.

Depending on the qualification, the person could be placed to lead experimental work in the lab or lead a small team to develop state-of-the-art laser manufacturing processes.
