Responsibilities:
-          Be responsible for coating process of coating line
-          Design and simulation of coating systems and implementationin manufacturing
-          Provide technical support to manufacturing
-          Manage demanding customer project to improve and optimize the quality, output, yields and process safety
-          Documentation and schooling of the processes
-          Ensure all process instructions are correct & up to date at all times
-          Audit processes on a weekly basis
-          Train and certify as trainers to the operators in the processes
-          Responsible for determining Cpk of process
-          Serve as Workcell Leader of Coating Line in 1st year of production

Qualifications:
-          Master degree or above, major in Physics/Material Science/ME/Process Techniques related fields
-          More than3 years working experience in vacuum coating and / or optics/ US cleaning
-          Would like to pursue a long-term career development in techical fields
-          Team player ; Initiative and independent ; would like to share knowledge with other people
-          High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
-           Good PC skill
