[Employment] optical manufacture

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall products process yield throughput efficiency
Facilitate ensure process standardization for all products or all lines
Facilitate Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) activity for all the process support teams
Provide guidance to process support teams on process analysis or evaluations
Review New Product Introduction (NPI) or Engineering Change Order (ECO) with process teams
Provide periodic update on support team performance goals
Responsible for all new process/material/equipment implementation
Conduct process characterization determine measurable index
Responsible for process standardization
Responsible for imparting new process know-how to process support teams
Conduct process audit
Education: Degree in Optical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

Experience/Skills:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Optical manufacturing field

Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills needed
Knowledge of manufacturing systems
