摘 要:视频显微镜随着CCD探测器的发展得到了广泛应用.但其工作距离受以往折射式光学系统的限制,工作距离较短,影响了其应用范围.分析了长工作距视频显微镜的像差特点,并结合其长工作距离,利用光学设计软件Zemax进行光学成像效果的仿真,给出了工作距84.5 mm,数值孔径0.16,光学放大倍率5倍,物方线视场1.2 mm,分辨率7.7μm的折反射式显微镜光学系统的设计结果.
The video microscope has been widely used in many applications with the development of CCD detector. The working distance of the video microscope is short due to the limitation of the catadioptric configuration and it affects its application. In this paper, we focus on the analysis of aberration characteristics which is influenced by the long working distance. At last, we use optical design software Zemax to simulate the optical effectiveness and give design results of cassegrain system where the working distance is 84. 5 mm, the numerical aperture is 0. 16, the optical magnification is 5, the field number is 1.2 mm and the resolution is 7. 7 μm.
