摘 要:介绍了铈基稀土抛光粉在介质中的分散情况,并建立了三个模型,对抛光浆液悬浮性能的评价方法做出了探讨,提供了抛光浆液悬浮性定性、半定量及定量的评价方法,为抛光粉的生产企业及应用企业在抛光粉浆液悬浮性能评价方面提供了指导,并在几种不同分散剂中筛选了适宜分散剂以及该分散剂的最佳添加量。
The dispersion of the cerium-based rare earth polishing powder in the dispersion medium was introduced in this paper,and three model was established for evaluation of suspension propersty of the powder.It shoud be provided some guidance for the polishing powder production enterprises and users.The most suitable dispersing agent was screened out from several different dispersants,and the optimum addition level of the dispersant was determined.
