摘　　要：FTO镀膜玻璃在生产过程中产生的滴落物,会对FTO镀膜玻璃的外观、均匀性、稳定性、激光刻蚀等性能造成严重的影响,本文阐述了滴落物带来的影响,采用电镜分析的方法对其产生机理进行了研究,给出了可行的解决方案。
The drip generated in the production process of FTO coated glass, which will cause serious influence on the appearance, uniformity, stability, laser etching and other performances of the FTO coated glass. Firstly, this paper expounds the harms of drip, then makes a study on its production mechanism by SEM analysis, finally provides ours feasible solutions.
