Ph.D. Position in Biophotonics

My laboratory at The University of Akron in Ohio, USA has one opening for a talented student to pursue a Ph.D. degree in Biophotonics, starting in Fall 2013. Applicants are expected to have a Master's degree in biophotonics, optoelectronics, fiber optic sensors or related areas with hands-on experience in LDs/LEDs, light detection, optical fiber components, and optical instrumentation.
