摘　　要：通过单因子试验找出电压、脉宽、频率及加工速度对表面粗糙度的影响规律,然后利用二次通用旋转组合设计对试验参数的回归方程进行误差的拟合和预测,最后通过仿真模型找出了加工工艺参数与加工质量的定量规律和网络模型。在此基础上得到本次试验中最优的参数选择方案,以及误差精度最小的仿真模型。
In this paper, single factor experiment is used to investigate how the surface roughness is influenced by voltage, pulse width,frequency and processing speed.The quadratic general rotary design is applied in error fitting and error prediction of the experimental parameters regression equation.The quantitative rules and network model of process parameters and process quality is built by simulation model. The optimal parameter selection and the minimum error are obtained in this test programs.
