摘　　要：为了研究出使球体镀膜均匀化的夹具,利用夹具模型完成几何建模,从运动学的角度对其分析,并利用ADAMS软件实现运动仿真。分析了仿真结果后得出,在DLZ-01型设备上安装三沟道转盘夹具,可以得到均匀、光滑的薄膜。
In order to study the mission sphere coated homogenization fixture fixture model, using complete geometric modeling, analysis on it from the aspect of kinematics, and realize the motion simulation by ADAMS software. Analysis of the simulation results obtained after installation, three channel turntable fixture in DLZ-01 type device, can obtain the uniform, smooth film.
