关于TFCalc中EFI的问题。
请问各位高手，TFCalc软件中EFI是什么意思，有什么用途？请指教，谢谢。

就是电场强度。光进入薄膜结构会附生电磁场，在通常情况下，这种效应并不显著，所以不需要考虑。但在强激光入射时，这种效应就比较显著了。在两种不同材料的交界面处，附生电场会产生吸收损耗，导致抗激光损伤阈值减小。所以在设计激光膜时，通常选定让附生电场的峰值位于膜层的中间，而谷值位于交界面处。

这个问题在多年前大部分人都不知道，有个别佼佼者掌握了这个设计技巧，作为窍门秘而不宣。现在应当已经普遍知晓了。
