1、SLD波长从760-2400nm都能提供，主要规格参数如下：

Centre wavelength : 1980nm
Spectral width(-10db): 80nm
Operating temperature: 15-40 degree
Storage temperature: -50 -100 degree
forward current : 250mA
solder temperature: 180 degree

2、气体检测用DFB，波长从760nm-3000nm DFB都可以提供，能很好的应用于气体检测;
