[原创]低频磁光调制器

因为课题需要，必须设计偏振旋转控制器，具体要求如下：
入射光为线偏振光，出射光也为线偏振光，两者偏振面的夹角为A,
a、计算机可控制编程；
b、工作波长：1550nm；
c、带连接头的保偏光纤输出；
d、偏振旋转角A可以是0~90 degree之间任意角度
e、精度 1 degree；
目前有两套方案可以实现上述功能：
方案1：
a、半波片实现对线偏振光的旋转；
b、用计算机控制步进电机带动半波片按实际要求实现预定的旋转；
优点：容易实现，控制精确容易；
缺点：调制频率低。
方案2：
a、利用法拉第效应；
优点：调制频率高；
鉴于以上特点，我打算使用方案2，如能提供更好的方案，请您和我联系，不胜感激。

If you need high speed modulation, you could use Liquid Crystal half waveplate controlled by voltage and the voltage can be controlled by computer.

The magnetic modulation could also be used, but what kind of Faraday rotator can be used at 1550nm?
