4. Maintenance Engineer
Job Responsibility:
 Machine on call troubleshooting, especially for wafer dicing (Disc and KS machine)and glass scribe machines.
 Responsible for on line maintenance and preventive maintenance for production machine as PM scheduled.
 Work with process engineer and other production people to involve process improvement.
 Support the implementation of new project or new production line introduction with other department.
 Arrange daily work for maintenance technicians or workers and monitor their work results.
 If necessary, be able to work with shift.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor degree, preferred in electronic or automation Engineering.
 3 years scribe or dicing machine maintenance experience is absolutely a plus.
 Fluent both in written and oral English.
 Be a team player and have a good problem solving skills.
