I am searching a particular MQW (Multiple Quantum Well) DFB (Distributed Feedback) laser diode with the following specifications:

- Coaxial fiber pigtailed package;
- Embedded photodiode for power output monitoring;
- Single mode fiber;
- 1550nm center wavelength;
- Optical output power higher than 10 mW (Pout 10 mW);
- Uncooled ( no TEC or dissipator or ventilation necessity);
