谁做C封装

图由于某些保密原因我没法上传那，我可以描述一下，就是一个氮化铝基板，两面都做了金属化镀层，在其中一面上有一个放置chip的区域。它的包装要求是每10个blue sheet放在一个塑料袋中。在基板制作中有green sheet（生片）一说，我现在只是有把它译成熟片的想法，但是找不到依据。
