3. LT Development Engineer
Job Responsibility:
Develop new LT structure, new bonding method and new process
Design and implemente test plan for existing products and new sample, Submit testing report.
Support PM on customer complaint and look for relative new tech.
Evaluate process repeatability and process validation
Assist with cost analysis , address product related issues
Institue designed experiments to correct find problems
Train certify as trainers to the operators in the processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in an engineering discipline
Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment
High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
Ability to interface with internal and external customers
Ability to interface and train production personnel
Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton line
Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred
Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred
